These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88bat ("88bat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 88bat.vip. 2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on 88bat. 3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

88bat is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. We apply transaction monitoring procedures and may freeze or delay transactions pending investigation if unusual activity is detected. Any funds identified as proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account closed permanently.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between general bonus rules and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 88bat welcome bonus, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per household, device, IP address, and payment method
• The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings resulting from a technical malfunction may be voided

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any 88bat employee to gain an unfair advantage
• Making threatening, abusive, or harassing communications to any member of the 88bat support team or to other players
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by re-registering under different personal details

6.2 Consequences of Underage Gambling

If it is found that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reviewed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits received from the underage player will be returned where legally required. • Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Detection of duplicate accounts

• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged for dormancy review)

7.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 88bat will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the notification. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support before any balance is reduced.

88bat provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security, and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. The following limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.1 Platform Availability

However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure, 88bat reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes. We will not pay out winnings that result from a clearly identifiable malfunction, erroneous display, or technical error — regardless of how the error presented to the player. The decision of 88bat regarding game malfunction outcomes is final.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content

8.4 Financial Losses from Gambling
